Far away from the tourist hustle and bustle, experience the region on a day tour along the Klostersteig trail through vineyards with stops in the St.Mary´s Church in Aulhausen, the Abbey of St. Hildegard and the church in Eibingen with the Hildegard shrine.  Should you want to stay in Rüdesheim, you may later take a boat or train back to Assmannshausen, otherwise back through the vineyards.

The next day you ride your E-Bike along the Rhine to Eltville, the "city of roses" and from here to Eberbach Monastery and back through the vineyards.
