Far away from the tourist hustle & bustle, experience the region on a day tour along the "Rheinsteig" & "Klostersteig" trail through vineyards with stops in the Niederwald monument, the Abbey of St. Hildegard and the church in Eibingen with the Hildegard shrine. 

Should you want to stay in Rüdesheim, enjoy a wine tasting at the world famous winery Georg Breuer, you may later take a boat or train back to Assmannshausen, otherwise back through the vineyards.

In the evenings we provide you with a our half board menus, a culinary cross section from the Rheingau, curated with products from local & sustainable farmers
