Buchungen

Buchungen bedürfen der Schriftform und werden mit Bestätigung des Hotels verbindlich. Bei Buchungen von Arrangements wird innerhalb 14 Tagen eine Anzahlung in Höhe von Euro 40,- pro Person fällig. Diese wird auf den vereinbarten Preis angerechnet und bei Stornierung/Teilstornierung nicht erstattet. Sonstige Vereinbarungen, Sonderabsprachen und Änderung bedürfen der schriftlichen Bestätigung seitens des Hotels.

we are happy to hold reserved rooms until 6:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, please notify us by 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at the latest.

Your room will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; check in times are between 3:00 - 8:00 pm

on the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room by 11:00 a.m.

Payment

You are welcome to settle your bill in euros—by cash, debit card, MasterCard, or Visa—or via prepayment.

Arrangements

Eine Vergütung gebuchter, bezahlter aber nicht in Anspruch genommener Leistungen ist nicht möglich.

Cancellation

You may be unable to arrive for a valid reason. The hotel reserves the right to charge the agreed contractual fee and to apply a flat-rate deduction for expenses saved. For bed-and-breakfast bookings, cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. For later cancellations made up to 4 days before arrival, the hotel is entitled to charge 40% of the room rate; for cancellations made 3 days or fewer before arrival, the charge is 60%. Cancellations for packages are free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival; we charge 40% of the agreed price for cancellations up to 4 days before arrival, and 60% for cancellations 3 days or fewer before arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing and become binding only upon written confirmation from the hotel. These terms apply only to bookings made directly with the hotel.

7. PETS

7.1 Bringing pets is generally permitted only upon request.

7.2 Dogs may be accommodated in designated rooms—subject to prior written approval from the hotel and an agreed-upon fee (€10.00 per night)—with a maximum of one dog allowed. Dogs are not permitted in the dining areas during breakfast. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times in all public areas. A weight limit of 20 kg applies.

Payment

You may settle your bill in euros via cash, debit card (EC), MasterCard, Visa, or prepayment. Packages No refunds will be issued for booked and paid services that are not utilized.

Miscellaneous The hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Should you nevertheless get the bright idea to smoke—go fuck yourself, for starters—we reserve the right to charge a separate cleaning fee and bill you for any potential loss of revenue, as well as to issue an immediate ban from the premises. The total booking amount must be paid in full.

Any damage to the accommodation caused by the guest must also be paid for by the party responsible.

Prices include the currently applicable VAT. Should the VAT rate change after the contract is concluded, prices will be adjusted accordingly. We also reserve the right to increase prices if a municipal levy (such as a cultural levy or bed tax) is introduced or increased.

As of April 1, 2024, the tourism levy is €2.50 per person per night.
